THANK YOU to all families currently emailing the Attendance line with Absences, Lates and pick up (before 3pm) of students!

Just a reminder to families that it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to inform the school if your child will be Absent, Late or Leaving School early EVERY DAY that your child(ren) is/are absent.

School entry bell is 9:10AM – please have your child at school by 9:05am so that they can be in their class line for the 9:10am Entry Bell.

Please email oak-attendance@wrdsb.ca to let the school know the first and last name of your child, their Homeroom (if known) and the reason for their absence i.e. Illness, etc.

IF your child(ren) will be late, please come to the main doors, buzz the office, then we will let the child(ren) into the school, sign them in and direct them to their classroom or if JK/SK, we will have a staff member take them down or meet them at the office.

If you need to pick up your child BEFORE 3pm only, again, please email the attendance line giving the time you are picking up your child, their name and homeroom and we will try and have your child(ren) to the office a few minutes before your arrival so that when you buzz the main office, we can then send them straight out to you.

DISMISSAL is at 3:30pm
